Membership levels are determined by the amount of points collected over a 6 month period. Program anniversary dates are November 1 and May 1.
To review your membership level3, visit our new member site. Here, you'll find out how many points you've earned and check how close you are to the next level. You can upgrade your membership level every month4, depending on how much you play—so get ready to make diamonds your new best friend!
1To be eligible for member benefits, points as you play, monthly bonus points or prizes, the BC Gold Encore card must be inserted properly into any eligible slot machine or electronic table game. The BC Gold Encore card must remain in the card reader during play.
2Points are redeemable for a Slot Play Voucher.
3Based on level of activity, membership level can increase every month, but can only decrease every 6 months.
4Bonus points during promotional periods (including point multipliers, bonus points, and promotion points), do not contribute to your membership level. Bonus points are credited to a member as part of a promotion.
